DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days | $5.95 or FREE on orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days | $12.95
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day | $24.95 (Order by 12 PM PST)
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
- Order processing time is 1-2 business days from when your order is placed.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on pro-gradegloves.com.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Multiple items from one order may ship separately from different warehouse locations to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
- During peak holiday seasons and major promotional events, order processing and carrier delivery times may be extended.
- For lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
